Our members' shareholder resolutions
Through regular engagement with corporations, SGI provides its members tailored instruction – including developing shareholder proposals and agendas – and guidance, giving them the opportunity to make a significant impact through their investments.
SGI members filed over 50 shareholder resolutions with large corporations during the 2023 and 2022 proxy seasons, including Exxon Mobil, Meta/Facebook, Walmart and Chevron.
